Successful Projects depend on timely delivery of material and products to enable that the progress on the project is seamless and efficient. Essentially it is paramount that the supply chain runs in line with the Project and that commercial aspects and contracts are aligned to the process.
It is of upmost important that procurement Contracts and terms agreed leaves no misinterpretation between the Parties and that it abides by all legislation FitzWilliam Consultants Procurement Services provides a procurement roadmap from Clients requests to advice to Client, market research, contract negotiation, contract award, supervising the procurement process, implementing checks and balances and liaison the supply chain.

Financial Monitoring

 

FitzWilliam Consultants throughout its time have worked in conjunction with Financial Institution and with Clients in order that financial records on a Project are in order. Working with our Partners, FitzWilliam makes sure all documentation is in place efficiently and correctly in order to ensure that the Financial Institutions and Clients are fully informed of current status on the Project and enable decisions to be made with regards to the
financial aspects of the Project and to mitigate any risks or delays due to financial issues affecting the procurement, progress and delivery of the project in all stages of construction.
FitzWilliam Consultants team includes experienced Contract Administrators who can oversee Contractual Bonds on the project in regards to their Contractual validity and expirey on the Project. FitzWilliam Consultants can tailor our services to the needs of any Financial Institution per their requirements.


 

Project Monitoring
We prepare independent reports for funding institutions on the feasibility aspects of projects and provide on-going monitoring of performance including programme and financial appraisal during a project. Project monitoring is of benefit to both the lender and borrower and assists in building relationships and confidence. Project Management and Development Management services are available to supplement our monitoring role. 


 

Commercial Finance and liaising with funding banks
We prepare detailed submissions for lending institutions on behalf of our clients, to obtain the optimum finance package. Other solutions involve the introduction of new investors to (forward) fund development costs and share risk and reward.
